Thank You, Bruno’s European Restaurant, for 16 Wonderful Years!

After 16 years of serving Lakewood and the surrounding communities, Bruno’s European Restaurant is closing its doors as owners Krystyna and Bruno begin a well-deserved retirement following their final day of service on October 17.

Over the years, this husband-and-wife team built more than just a restaurant. They created a place where people could enjoy authentic German and Polish home-style cooking, friendly hospitality, and a little taste of European tradition.

Their appearance on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives brought national attention to their restaurant, but for those of us in the Lakewood area, Bruno’s has long been a local favorite.

Running a restaurant takes tremendous dedication, long hours, and hard work. After 16 successful years, Krystyna and Bruno have certainly earned the opportunity to slow down, focus on their health, and enjoy the next chapter of their lives.

Thank you both for your years of service, your contributions to our community, and the many wonderful meals and memories. Lakewood will miss you!
